Are the words I use hurtful or kind?

I got this video clip from a dear friend and colleague of mine – thank you Randy and I just had to share it with as many people as I can.  It is truly inspiring and gives me hope that I can be a more positive influence on other people every day.  I hope you will choose to do the same.
