Council Members

Mathew Edvik is the author of two ebooks. The How to Guide to A Better Perception of You and Moms Are On the Inside Track To Heaven. He has worked as a Math Teacher for 7 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from BYU in 2003. He also received special training at the Slater School in Virginia in a Principled Approach to Education.

For the last 2 years Mat has worked primarily with teenage girls at a private high school in West Jordan.  He has also helped to coach the girls basketball team there.

First and foremost he is a husband and father. He has been married to his wonderful wife Michelle for 8 years and has two amazing children, ages 5 and 2.

Summer Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Consumer Studies and in Psychology at the University of Utah in 1999.  She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah in 2004.

Summer has worked at a private practice psychology clinic in Provo, Utah from 2003-2009.  She specializes in working in areas of enhancing personal and family relationships, self-esteem and coping with change and transition. She currently works with an adoption agency working with birth moms and their families.

She has been married for 9 years to her husband Spencer and they have 18 month old triplets. She loves to spend time outdoors and traveling as much as possible with her own family and friends.
